Jan Venzel

Emico Leadership was established by Jan Venzel in 2003. Jan Venzel has obtained extensive Human Resource and management experience from leading positions in Danisco A/S, De Danske Spritfabrikker A/S, Ikea A/S, F. Salling A/S, Dansk Supermarked Gruppen and as a professional army officer.

He has been in the consulting business as a partner and board member since 2000. From 2003 he has been owner and director of Emico Leadership. Throughout these periods he has worked as personal coach for a considerable number of national as well as international middle and top managers in both private and public contexts.
