Executive Coaching

Emico Leadership coaching is aimed at the manager, wanting to develop and perfect his self-management, leadership of others as well as the general leadership of the company. And who, furthermore, wants to develop his ability to communicate in an efficient and targeted way. The object is quite simple: that the manager generates efficiency and job satisfaction in his work.

The coaching process is based on the setting in which the manager evolves. Our point of departure is the company's or the organisation's strategy and objectives. By applying personal coaching we create reflection on the manager's abilities and possibilities as regards accomplishing the objectives. A significant element is the focus on continuous development and perfecting of the management style.

A coaching process most frequently takes the form of regular meetings between the manager and coach, either onsite or at the premises of Emico Leadership.
