Emico Leadership offers tailor-made management/leadership development processes based on the corporate or organisational strategy and objective as well as the day-to-day performance of tasks.

Our point of departure is the performance of concrete commercial tasks, building a development process around these. Accordingly, the management/leadership development is constructed by elements directly supporting the implementation of current and general initiatives in the organisation.

The methodology typically comprises on-the-job-training and action learning in combination with efficient and time-limited feedback activities for individual participants and groups.

In order to ensure the best possible integration of initiatives in the company or organisation, we also offer train-the-trainer activities. This training enables managers to efficiently train and educate their managers and employees.
